Your Wetsuit will receive its fair share of use. They are not bullet proof or indestructible!! So, with a little care and attention its life can be greatly extended.
- After use, rinse out or immerse in fresh water. Be aware if you urinate in in your suit the acid in your urine will eventually destroy the inside lining.
- Turn suit inside out and drip dry in the shade on a plastic hanger. This will help keep the suit supple and stop the colours from fading.
- Every 2-3 months totally soak your suit in fresh water with a couple of caps of disinfectant for 1-2 hours. Turn the suit inside out and drip dry in the shade – this will kill any bad smells and bacteria.
- When not in use store your suit on a plastic hanger away from direct sunlight
- Make sure all zippers & velcros are closed
DO NOT DRY YOUR SUIT IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT AS THE UV WILL BREAK DOWN THE LINING OF YOUR SUIT & YOUR WARRANTY WILL BE VOID
